Boat Season Coming To An End.
What's more of a vibe than being on a boat or yacht living your best soft life?
Perhaps a week long vacation. But other than that, I couldn't quite think of anything else.
If you're in a city like Miami, Los Angeles, anywhere in the Caribbean, or other warm-weather most of the year cities, you have nothing to worry about. Boat season is typically possible year-round. In fact, the price tends to be cheaper in the off-season months, starting Sept/Oct.
However, if you do not reside in a city with tropical-like, summer all year weather, it's time to get on a boat before summer is long gone and it becomes too cold to enjoy.
Gather up a group of fun friends who are also about that boat-life and look into renting a boat that will accomodate however many people are committed to paying their money for a day (or night) out on the water.
But before you go, we've put together a list for you.
Here is How To Live Your Best Life On the Boat!
8 ways to have the BEST time ever on the boat!
1. Invite the Right People
— your turn-up crew may not mix well with your work colleagues or your business buddies. Plan accordingly; you trying to turn-up or have a bomb a* strategy session? Know the objective.
2. Plan a Potluck Menu
— who will bring what? Orchestrate w/the crew to ensure bomb food will be in attendance
** confirm w/captain if they’ll be providing the ice
3. Have a Playlist Created
— or find a playlist on @spotify / @itunes
** confirm w/captain if there’ll be the big Bluetooth speakers on board
4. Set an Early Enough Meeting Time
— for everyone to meet up at the boat, at least 30mins prior to time boat set to leave the dock. This also gives you time to set up the food and any decorations you may have
5. Have Fun w/a Theme!
— tell everyone the theme so they can come dressed to kill
Ex: sailors, different shades of brown, Barbie girls, etc.
6. Eat &&& HYDRATE beforehand
— don’t arrive to the boat starving and dehydrated… or you might not make it #rockstarlifestyle
7. Take Pictures ASAP once onboard
— immediately prior to sunset & prior to getting lit. This way you can hit them angles while the sun is bouncing off of your skin #itsthelightingforme
8. Communicate Boat Rules
— to avoid paying unnecessary fees or losing your deposit (for ex. like no flushing of toilet paper, paper towels, tampons - or anything else that is not human waste - in the boat’s toilet, because it'll clog it)
