I Saw My Guardian Angel ♡
I'm pretty convinced I have a guardian angel. And I saw her this morning.
I went to sleep around 4:34a this am because I was in my bag and that tends to keep me up.
But sometimes this causes me to go to sleep too abruptly or on the “wrong side” of the bed.
I’m so extra. I like to be put to bed in a certain fashion. Like, I have a whole routine. I need to floss, brush my teeth, wash my face, moisturize...

Self ♡ Love notes (SLn) 4: Erykah Badu vs. Jill Scott
3-in-1....
1.) “You look beautiful.” = enough love for self that you giving another woman a compliment comes easily.
2.) “I feel beautiful.” = enough love for self that a compliment does not cause one to deflect, deny or feel inclined to say the opposite of the compliment, as to diminish his/her light & go back to being unnoticed...

Being a flight attendant is a lifestyle. Not just when at work but it spills over into our personal life as well, hence the name It’s A Lifestyle 365 🙃
I love this lifestyle.

NEW! IAL365 Introduces: Self ♡ Love notes
The work was put in at many of Starbucks', hotel room balconies, layover pool sides, cute local boutique coffee shops and wherever else I could plug up & connect to wifi.
IAL365 was created to address the poor mental health of working flight attendants.

Back at Base: Bittersweet but Necessary
I was feeling a few different emotions as I was heading back to base to sit reserve.
Although I was sad to be leaving my bf, the security & comfort I feel when I’m with him AND anxious about potentially returning to work on an assigned trip, after being off for 5 weeks, I was ready.
I was ready to...

United by Wings
We’re In This Together
It takes our collective efforts to connect a college student in Los Angeles with their families back in New York, or a church ministry from Texas to their desired location outside of the U.S., or a bright-eyed U.M. with his grandparents in Portland, or the D.C. businesswoman with her partners in Indonesia... & the list of connections goes on.
We are connecting the dots all over the world.
The thought of not having the job I look forward to... not seeing my buddy bidder consistently...

For Flight Attendants, By A Flight Attendant
My Inspiration...

The lifestyle is certainly an adjustment and sacrifice.
