Your Pre-Travel Checklist to Traveling Unbothered

Do you want to travel the world with ease? Are you looking for tips that will make your travels hassle-free? Look no further! In this post, we'll be dissecting the concept of Traveling Unbothered. First up: the pre-travel checklist. You'll soon be a pro at traveling simple. So let's get started and learn how to make your next trip a success.

Pre-Travel Checklist

Whether you’re planning a solo journey, a romantic baecation, or an adventurous family trip, it’s important to be prepared before embarking on your travel journey. Start with a plan - create a clear itinerary if you’re a planner, or allow yourself the flexibility to explore spontaneously.

Gather all of your First-Class Energy travel essentials here that you will need for your trip and don’t forget to choose your seat in advance for the best options.

Here are a few items that should be included in your pre-travel checklist:

- s & s Overflow carry-on bag: because we're hoarders and whether we're going to the beach, shopping, or to the park--we need a nice size bag to put everything we might need inside
- Personal identification documents: passport, visas, driver's license, etc.: bring copies of all of these important documents with you – so if something happens to them, you'll still have access to what's needed.
- Cash, Local Currency, & Credit Cards
- Phone charger & Portable Battery to use OTG
- Flight tickets and confirmation: be sure to know your flight number(s) and the boarding time(s). With these 2 things you can pretty much figure out the rest on Google, including your gate #
- Hotel confirmation: have a plan for where you will sleep each night – whether it's with a friend, Airbnb, or staying in resorts, make sure you have everything arranged beforehand.
- Transportation: Arrange your transport to and from where you'll be staying. Often times your airbnb host or resort can help you with this
- Travel insurance documents
- Medication and prescriptions: always pack on your person, never stow away in your checked luggage - also if medication bottle (liquid) is over the limit allowed, sometimes having the prescription handy to show to officers will get the bottle size excused
- Maps and guidebooks can help travelers find their way around unfamiliar places with ease. A dependable GPS device can also provide assistance when exploring unknown locations.

Learn some basic phrases in the local language – this will come in handy if you need directions, recommendations, or assistance of any kind.

Research your destination before heading out – learn about customs, public transportation options, and anything else that may be relevant during your stay.

Lastly, trust your instincts – if something doesn't feel right, leave immediately and find another route or activity.

Stay tuned for the next step to Traveling Unbothered: Packing.
