Heyyyy! twenty-twenty-what...?!
Just like that gorgeous, 2022 has come to an end. How’re you feeling? Was this year everything you imagined it to be?
Here's my recap of 2022.
For Seated & Stowed, this year was:
Sowing seeds...
Product development for travelers looking for soft-life OTG...
Exploring new destinations & being inspired...
And for me, personally, this year was all about:
Finding a new therapist...
Committing to my fitness journey in the gym...
Upgrading my self-care & daily routines...
Drinking more water and staying in my own lane...
With that being said, here are the 5 Things You Should Take into 2023!
1. Upgrades
Including:
- Traveling comfortably & most importantly, Unbothered
- Emotional intelligence
- Better communication skills
- Mindset shifts
- Weekly/Bi-Weekly Therapy
- Princess Treatment
2. Self-Care & Sleep
Including:
- Me first
- At least 8 hrs of sleep to stay healthy & to avoid buzzkill attitudes in a busy OTG lifestyle
- Sleep affirmations
- Reading more more more (ok, audiobooks will suffice as well)
3. Tips & Hacks learned throughout 2022
Including:
- Taking a flower kit on all trips (don't know what this is? Traveling Unbothered eBook full of travel tips & hacks coming soon!)
- Investing in things, products, and people that make life easier
- Cool, chic gifts from our travels that family & friends will actually adore
4. Soft Life Tidbits & Mini Experiences

- Only using body butter or body oil while at home (only OTG is lotion ok)
- Day Trips | Solo-Trips | All expenses paid trips
- Cruises on Virgin Atlantic (Rockstar status preferably)
5. Planning and executing
Including:
- Smarter not harder - in everything we do
- Putting all goals down on paper
- Written strategies for goals
- Vision boards (a physical & digital copy)
- Collaborations
- Going for it, even when afraid
Why take these 5 things into 2023?
Through personal experience, I found that by implementing a combination of these all year, together they created a more consistently delightful day-to-day. I was happier in 2022, despite undesirable circumstances that life throws at you; I began to expect the best outcome and my confidence and faith at times of the unknown, increased and helped me stay the course.
